How long does it take for your services to finish?

It depends on what kind of services you avail of. For example, maintenance and repair services last at least one day. Installation and replacement services demand time for measurement, planning, and inspection. The estimated time for installation and replacement is 5 days to 2 weeks.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

No, we only accept cash or checks. However, we want our customers to settle their payments conveniently. First, we require a 30% deposit and the final payment can be settled quarterly or with a one-time payment.

Do you accept special customized panel services?

Yes, we do. We can work with all types of panels, including wood, metal, and steel. We also accept special services where we design the color, texture, and size of the panels we install. This will cost extra, but we assure you that the finished result will be worth it.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we do. Our refund policies apply for the damages and miscalculations on our part. We also have offer a 3-month service warranty. However, the damages caused by the homeowners won’t be refunded. Anyway, there is no need to worry because we always conduct an inspection upon finishing our service.

Does your company manufacture the materials for the services?

No, we have stocks of the common parts mainly used for garage doors in our headquarters. For additional parts, we buy the materials ourselves. We know where to purchase the great quality parts and tools. We also consider the opinion of our clients on where to buy the materials.

Do you also install security cameras?

Yes we do. CCTV or security cameras are part of the security services we offer. Safety eyes or the motion sensors for the garage door opener should be installed with security cameras. Safety eyes or electric eyes need to be monitored since they control the opening function of the garage.

Do you provide emergency services?

Yes, we do. Our phone line is open 24/7 for emergency situations like jammed garage doors or broken openers. We have the manpower and transportation capability to attend to these types of services.

Do you have the necessary business permits?

We have been authorized by the state government to operate with our business, and we pay our taxes correctly. Our About Us page presents all of our permits and licenses. We have been offering legit services for years.

Do you have branches in different states?
